The creation of additional copies, exceeding the number of copies for which the subscriber pays a subscription fee to the publisher or an additional per-copy fee to the publisher or Copyright Clearance Center is a violation of copyright laws and is not permitted without written permission from the publisher. Copies include, but are not limited to: photocopier copies, printed copies, forwarded e-mail copies, computer-file copies and scanned copies.
